After another impressive performance for Manchester City, summer signing Savinho has drawn comparisons to Barcelona's youngest star Lamine Yamal. The Brazilian's performance in the 4-1 win against Ipswich – which saw him pick up an assist – blew Sky Sports pundit Paul Merson away.

WHAT MERSON SAID
Speaking at full-time, he said: "The kid, Savinho? Oh my… what a star. He’s gonna be a superstar. He runs with the ball but his decision-making is unbelievable. He reminds me of Yamal, the young kid from Spain. They can dribble, their decision-making, they get their head up, they make that right pass at the right time and dribble at the right time. He’s gonna be a superstar, I haven’t seen anything like him for a long time."
