He has also been told to remove himself from the sidelines, where he would previously operate. Now, he has shared an eye-opening insight into his brutal workout regime.

Cheuko takes multiple kicks to the stomach in the video, and his toughness is clearly a key reason that Messi trusts him to protect him at each MLS fixture. He has been called upon repeatedly to stop fans from rushing the field and attempting to take a selfie with the World Cup winner.
